An impressive Gaylord resumed with a strong 1st up Trial Win – Trial 13 Maiden 1000m Doomben – 03/06/2025
He returns after a 12-month recovery from a fractured sesamoid in a stable accident. We recently shifted him to Matthew Dunn’s Murwillumbah Stables. It looks like an inspired move... Matthew and his team presented him in superb order and Gaylord went to the line 1st with little urging from the Jockey. It’s so pleasing to see this magnificent boy back in racing and rewarding the faith and patience of his owners. We can expect to see him racing late June and we’ll not be surprised if he scores a Maiden Win first up.
